Beer and Ballet

The classic Beer and Ballet class is the perfect first impression of our community. Grab your brew and your spot at the bar(re) to participate in an introduction-intermediate level contemporary ballet class. Whether you're a seasoned dancer looking to refine your ballet technique or someone seeking a new and exciting way to stay active, this is a perfect way to move your body and sing along to your favorite 80’s, 90’s, and 00’s hits!
What to wear:
We suggest wearing ballet shoes or socks with a little bit of grip to them. Socks with sticky dots (what is used in Pilates) are not recommended. It’s important to remember most breweries do not have sprung floor, but rather cement, tile, or wood floors. If you would prefer to wear tennis shoes for foot support, you are more than welcome.
What to expect:
Accessible yet challenging exercises
Partnerwork& Group Work
Movements that travel throughout the space
Pliés, Tendus, Shimmys, and Zuzwas… You’ll see what we mean.
